Description of the history and construction of Baltimore's First Unitarian Church, the birthplace of Unitarianism. The building was designed by Maximilian Godefroy. Construction was begun in 1817. Miller also describes various features of the building and lists early pastors who headed the congregation. Miller's paper, prepared as part of his initiation into Phi Mu, an engineering honor society, includes drawings and other illustrations.
